Hey Doug. I was going to come in today, but I did Kelly just last week and to be honest, I hate her and dont want to see her for a little while... I know its kinda cheating but she seriously mentally scarred me! My time was 30.39 doing all 5 rounds with a 5kg ball and going on to step-up halfway through as I thought I was going to die.
I'll see you Monday though :) PS. My bruise is still pretty bad! haha

Time = 31.12
previous kelly at cFB 3 rounds 24.56 at midday (very hot) 20" jump and 5Kg ball
i hear you Sheila, i want to say i hate her but my wife is called Kelly so i better not;)
