If you are new to CrossFit and would like to inspect our facility and speak to one of our trainers about the CrossFit method you can contact us and arrange a time to check it out before the opening.
We will be having an official opening and games day for cFr in January 2010.

Training Fees
First of all there are NO CONTRACTS! Unlike the big franchise gyms, when you train with us you will not need to have an interview with a "membership consultant", nor will you have to sign up for any contract term.
Monthly Fees - Unlimited Sessions
Direct Debit - $130 *
Cash or EFT - $150
A discount applies for direct debit
Pay as you go
Casual (drop in) $20 **
10 Session Pass $150 (management approval required)***
Private Sessions
Private sessions are available by appointment. Fees range from $60 to $150 per hour depending on the experience and qualifications of the trainer. Typical fees are as follows:
Level 1 trainer - $80/hour
Level 2 trainer - $120/hour
Notes on fees
- Fees are subject to change
- Additional family members recieve a 10% discount on monthly fees
- *Discounts apply for Emergency Services
- **The casual rate is intended for visiting CrossFitters and is not an acceptable ongoing payment method for regular members
- ***The 10 session pass will only be made available to members that have a genuine reason for not committing to a regular monthly membership, ie Shift workers
- There is no contract term associated with the direct debit payment method it can be cancelled at any time
- Direct Debit can be placed on hold if you are away for an extended period (eg work or holidays)

Hey Brendan have a great trip mate, doing the oly cert at CFB in a couple of weeks. Don't know anyone going to NZ but say hi to Darren & Taz for me. Hope you can come visit one day.
